More on Mo

Let’s go on a trip deep into the Texas Hill Country, land of cattle, sheep, and goat ranching, and more recently, wine-making.  Here is a painting commissioned by someone for whom the hill country is as much as jewel as it is for me. This painting is a view from the

Inspiring Weekend

What is it that stimulates your thinking and causes your spirit to soar?  Being close to nature does it for me! This past weekend my husband and I attended the annual retreat for all ages, held at Mo Ranch in Hunt, TX and  led by University Presbyterian Church in Austin, TX.

I’m Baaaa-ack to the Basics

For a number of reasons I have not been posting recently, but I hope I’m back now.  It is amazing how writing and making art, and then seeing comments on the effort come in from next door and across my country and all around the world feels like intimate community, rather
